Due to the perishable nature of seafood, returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, that to subject to our sole discretion.
Issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery, along with clear photo evidence.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure that someone is available to receive the order during the scheduled delivery time.
Properly store the seafood immediately upon receipt to maintain freshness and re-wash and clean at home before storing.
Msquare Fish o Fish is not responsible for quality issues arising from improper handling after delivery.
